Fill the Void

The word “void” is defined as a noun and verb. NOUN is a completely empty space. VERB is not valid or legally binding. The noun (person, place, or thing) is completely empty for your life. The verb (action) is not valid or legally binding.

As a spouse, parent, sibling, friend, bestie, or child of your parents, you have been the missing piece for everyone’s noun, and you have been the present verb to validate every support, effort, and dream.  Now, you are at a point in your life, you have gotten around to yourself, and you have ambitions you want to satisfy and dreams of your own goals you want to achieve.

You notice the noun is not available the verb is not active. You are noticing your excitement of the process of building, starting, or planting is shared by you and yourself.  This spill of reality can tempt you to forfeit your dream, goal, or ambition.

Take the next words and allow them to be the noun and the verb that fills the void of the absence of your life. DO NOT ALLOW anyone to have power over your dreams, goals, or ambitions and cause you to forfeit yourself because of their absence. Do not be more in anyone’s life than you will be in your own. You know how to be a noun and a verb; you have done it for others. The one person you should always be able to rely upon is yourself.
