NUTRITIONAL HEALTH AND WELL BEING
Each person has unique nutritional needs and each need changes over a lifetime. Health extends to all aspects of the individual. The aspect of health is physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, each with an influence on the other aspect. Our living and breathing are our wellness. There are two food fuels necessary to our health and well-being. They are Primary and Secondary food. The primary food is the nutrients that are not from the plate. While the secondary food is nutrients that are from the plate
We all have stress. Stress has no boundaries, there is no restriction of age, gender, religion, nationality, or socioeconomic class. Stress is not the greatest risk to our well-being. The greatest risk to our well-being is how we respond to stress. All stress is not bad stress. We have good stress, professionally identified as eustress. This stress shows up when a person is experiencing motivation or inspiration. The bad stress is distress, simply stress. There is even stress that is neither good nor bad. It is the Neu stress, non-consequential effect, meaning neutral.
