We all have stress. Stress has no boundaries, there is no restriction of age, gender, religion, nationality, or socioeconomic class. Stress is not the greatest risk to our well-being. The greatest risk to our well-being is how we respond to stress. All stress is not bad stress. We have good stress, professionally identified as eustress. This stress shows up when a person is experiencing motivation or inspiration. The bad stress is distress, simply stress. There is even stress that is neither good nor bad. It is the Neustress, non-consequential effect, meaning neutral.
